Hi, my name is Karen. I’m a science and human anatomy geek and muscle whisperer. I am a Board Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 5 years of experience that can feel like 10. I have an AAS in Massage Therapy from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and a BS degree in Marine Biology.
I offer a mix of treatments that can help with chronic pain and recovery. I love serving my LGBTQ+, BIPOC and Latinx communities. Si hablo espanol. Soy de Puerto Rico.
I am experienced in trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy as well as deep tissue, connective tissue and sports massage. I also perform cupping therapy and guasha (skin scraping) treatments. I am a true believer in self body healing and alternative/integrative care. I love to learn new techniques and prepare individual treatment plans for each client in a calming and safe environment.

I’m a neurospicy trans woman (she/her) who specializes in working with other trans/non-binary clients and have been carving my niche in gender affirming hair and makeup for 8 years of my 13 year career. If you’re not trans, I won’t hold it against you. I serve all folks with all hair types, everyone is welcome in my chair.
